Purpose: This programs is for massive icon jobs. It will extract all icons in all icon libraries (exe, dll, icl) found in a directory. It creates a folder named after each library, containg it's icons. It can also quickly extract from all normal executables and dll' s in a folder their icons, or just be used for browsing them.
Installation: Copy in a folder and run. No registry or ini use.
