  3. BY THE INSTALLATION OF THIS LEXICON ON ANY COMPUTER THE
  4. USER ACKNOWLEDGES AGREEMENT WITH ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF
  5. THIS LICENSE.

  7. This lexicon is distributed as freeware to users of any of
  8. the Cetus text editors and word processors. However, this
  9. lexicon is NOT public domain software. It is copyrighted
  10. software, protected by United States copyright law and by
  11. international treaty provisions.
  12.  
  13. Cetus Software Inc. grants you a limited license to use
  14. this software in conjunction with Cetus Software programs
  15. at no cost to you. However, you may NOT attempt to use
  16. this software with any other program, NOR may you rent,
  17. lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
  18. reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except
  19. as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
  20. shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  21. this license.

  24. person or institution expressly agreeing to abide by the
  25. conditions of this license. NO CHARGE may be made for any
  26. such distribution beyond the nominal cost of the actual

  57. Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall inure to the
  58. benefit of Cetus Software Inc., and any successors,
  59. administrators, heirs, and assigns. Any action or
  60. proceeding brought by either party against the other
  61. arising out of or related to this agreement shall be
  62. brought only in a state or federal court of competent
  63. jurisdiction located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  64. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of
  65. said courts.

  67. INSTALLATION
  68.  
  69. Installation of this lexicon WILL overwrite user-specific
  70. lexicons used previously (e.g., Uignore.tlx, Usuggest.tlx,
  71. etc.), and WILL overwrite previously installed language-
  72. specific lexicons (e.g., SsceAm.tlx, SsceBr1.clx, etc.) of
  73. the SAME language, but will NOT overwrite previously
  74. installed language-specific lexicons of OTHER languages.
  75.  
  76. If you wish to preserve any or all previously installed
  77. lexicons, it is STRONGLY suggested that you back them
  78. up before proceeding with this installation.
