  5. UPLOADING FILES TO WinSite(tm):

  7. ALL submissions to the WinSite(tm) Windows Archive must be accompanied by
  8. this template, with the proper fields filled in.  SUBMISSIONS THAT DO
  9. NOT INCLUDE A CORRECTLY FILLED OUT TEMPLATE, WILL BE IMMEDIATELY
  10. DELETED.

  12. WHERE SHOULD YOUR FILES GO?
  13.  
  14. This upload directory is for Windows NT programs.  If your program is
  15. not for Windows NT, but for Windows 95 or Windows 3.x, it should be
  16. uploaded to /uploads/win95 or /uploads/win3 respectively.
  17.  
  18. Some developers are bundling Win3, Win32s, Win95, and WinNT
  19. executables into one archive.  Please upload such archives only ONCE.
  20. If the archive includes a version that requires WinNT, upload the
  21. archive here, in /uploads/winnt.  We will put copies of your
  22. program into each appropriate area (win3, win95, winnt) if you
  23. correctly fill out the template and upload your archive to the correct
  24. area.

  28. 1) Make a copy of this file.  Edit it, filling in the form below.
  29. Place the information about the program _AFTER_ each colon ":".  Save
  30. your modified file as <program>.tml where <program> is the name of the
  31. program you will upload (with the .zip extension).

  33. 2) Upload your program in ZIP or EXE format, make sure to use your software's
  34. "binary" or "tenex" mode.

  36. 3) Upload the modified template file as <program>.tml.  For example,
  37. if your program was uploaded as xyz23.zip, you should upload the
  38. template as xyz23.tml.
