  4. This is a legal agreement between you and X-SCREENSAVER covering your
  5. use of "Eroticars" Screen Saver.  Be sure to read the following agreement
  6. before using the software. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT
  7. USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES OF IT.

  9. This copyright software is distributed as freeware.  You may use this software without
  10. any charge and may distribute to others.  The software is owned by X-SCREENSAVER
  11. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  
  12. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted 
  13. material (e.g. a book or musical recording).

  15. Commercial distribution of the software is restricted without permission of X-SCREENSAVER.  
  16. We are more than happy to allow you to distribute our software, but you must first 
  17. have a license to do so. Contact X-SCREENSAVER for details on obtaining a license.

  19. You may not rent or lease the software, nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse
  20. engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.  If you violate any part of this
  21. agreement, your right to use this software terminates automatically and you then must
  22. destroy all copies of this software in your possession.

  25. any kind and X-SCREENSAVER expressly disclaims all other warranties,
  26. express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of
  27. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall
  28. X-SCREENSAVER be liable for any incidental, special or consequential
  29. damages that result from the use or inability to use the software or related
  30. documentation, even if X-SCREENSAVER has been advised of the possibility
  31. of such damages.
