  1. ViceVersa - FREE! Copyright 2001 TGRMN.

  3. This End User License Agreement accompanies the 
  4. product ViceVersa - FREE! and related explanatory 
  5. materials ("Software"). The term "Software" also 
  6. shall include any upgrades, modified versions or 
  7. updates of the Software licensed to you by TGRMN. 
  8. Please read this Agreement carefully. Upon your 
  9. acceptance of this Agreement, you will be granted 
  10. a nonexclusive license use of the Software. 
  11. ("FREEWARE")

  13. 1. Use of the Software. You may install the Software 
  14. on a hard disk or other storage device; install 
  15. and use the Software on a file server for use on a 
  16. network for the purposes of (i) permanent installation 
  17. onto hard disks or other storage devices or (ii) use 
  18. of the Software over such network; and make backup 
  19. copies of the Software. You may make and distribute 
  20. unlimited copies of the Software, as long as each 
  21. copy that you make and distribute contains this 
  22. Agreement and the same copyright and other proprietary 
  23. notices pertaining to this Software that appear in 
  24. the Software.

  26. 2. Copyright and Trademark Rights. The Software is 
  27. owned by TGRMN. This Agreement does not grant you 
  28. any intellectual property rights in the Software. 
  29.  
  30. 3. Restrictions. You agree not to modify, adapt, 
  31. translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble 
  32. or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of 
  33. the Software. 
  34.  
  35. 4. No Warranty. The Software is being delivered to 
  36. you AS IS and TGRMN makes no warranty as to its use 
  37. or performance. TGRMN CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR 
  38. RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR 
  39. DOCUMENTATION. TGRMN MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR 
  40. IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, 
  41. MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
  42. IN NO EVENT WILL TGRMN BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY 
  43. CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING 
  44. ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS.
