  10.      The MIXWORD) product is NOT "Public Domain" and is NOT "Freeware" and
  11.      is NOT "Crippleware".  MIXWORD is a copyrighted, fully functioning
  12.      shareware product developed and owned by Sylvain Hogue. located
  13.      in Laval, Quebec CANADA.  If the user finds the package to be
  14.      useful then the user must register the package.  The registration fee,
  15.      as stated on the registration form, is $14.00 (US) per user.

  17.      This product is licensed "as is" without any warranty of merchant-
  18.      ability or fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or
  19.      otherwise; all warranties are expressly disclaimed.  By using the
  20.      MIXWORD product, you agree that neither Sylvain Hogue, nor any
  21.      officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or other related parties
  22.      will be liable to you or any third party for any use  of (or inability
  23.      to use) or performance of this product, or for any  damages whatsoever
  24.      whether based on contract, tort or otherwise. even if we are notified
  25.      of such possibility in advance.

  28.      documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any  way and must be
  29.      distributed as a complete package, without exception.
  30.      The FILES.LST text file contains a list of all files that are part
  31.      of the MIXWORD package.

  34.      A distribution cost may be charged for the cost of the diskette,
  35.      shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed
  36.      $8.00.
