  1. This archive contains MIDI and other electronic music stuff (and some
  2. related things which are not strictly MIDI).

  4. A lot of files in this archive have been packed with a modern zip. You need
  5. a recent version of unzip to unpack these. You can find this in the
  6. following places in this archive (relative to pub/ for ftp-ers):

  8. MSDOS:        ARCHIVERS/pc/unzip50.exe
  9. Atari-ST:    ARCHIVERS/atari/stzip.tos
  10. Mac:        ARCHIVERS/mac/unzip-201.hqx
  11. Amiga:        ARCHIVERS/amiga/unz51d3xi.lzh or UnZip51dx.lha
  12. Unix & others:    UNIX/unzip50p1.tar.gz
  13.  
  14. Files with the .gz suffixed are compressed with *gzip* (which is NOT zip).
  15. gzip programs can be found in the GNU directory.
