  1. Modesty3 Levels        24th May 1996

  4. In MODESTY3.ZIP you should have the following levels;
  5.  
  6. INVIS1
  7. HACKER
  8. ERIS
  9. BOBBLE
  10.  
  11. All the files from MODESTY3.ZIP should be copied into the data\custom\gfx
  12. directory, you may need to rename files if you already have other levels
  13. of the same name that are not by me.
  14.  
  15. There should also be;
  16. FAQTUT.TXT    :- PC Level editing tutorial.
  17. BACK1.PCX     :- Sample background to be used with the tutorial.
  18. WORMSPAL.PCX  :- The worms palette with notes about what each part is for
  19.                  for use with the tutorial.

  21. Quick Notes

  24. These new levels were created with Modesty Technology and as a couple of 
  25. them feature extra colours :)

  27. Hacker:  For all those Jolt Drinking, Pizza eating, byte pushing people out
  28.          there.  Please take time to notice the 103 colours used for the   
  29.          level, and the 92 colours in the .bk1 background.  Please also
  30.          take time to notice how smug I am about this, and how many times 
  31.       I like to mention it.

  33.          Didn't say it was tasteful though :)

  35. Eris:    Hail Eris! All hail Discordia, another colourful feast.  This is a 
  36.          quick kill level (works will with team placement)
  37.  
  38. Bobble:  Yuss, retro gaming seems to be back in, following on in the style
  39.          of the Jetpac level, here's Bubble Bobble.  Darksiders will hate
  40.          this level.
  41.  
  42.          I'm waiting for...Pacman & Repton now.
  43.  
  44. Invis:   Nice multi-coloured background (*smug*), nice no colour foreground.
  45.          For fun, an Invisible level.

  48. About Modesty

  51. Modesty's panicking even more, having only one week left to finish a degree 
  52. in. After that I'm going to be very relaxed for a year, sipping nice cups
  53. of tea.  I'm currently looking for Masters or PhD's too keep me out of the
  54. real world for a few more years.

  56. If anyone fancies sending me any books on C, C++, Assembly, AI, Alife, 3D 
  57. computer gfx I'll be more than happy :)
