  43.  
  44. It is strongly recommended that you read this document 
  45. fully to get the most recent information about key issues 
  46. related to the installation content and general updating 
  47. of the Phoenix patch. This will enable you to get the 
  48. maximum benefit from the game update and ensure that 
  49. you have trouble-free play.
  50.  
  51. Patching software involves updating to the latest version 
  52. currently available. This improves compatibility with 
  53. hardware and software configurations by addressing 
  54. problems only found post-release or others that could 
  55. not be addressed during stages of development. With 
  56. Phoenix, as with all software, it is important to keep up 
  57. to date to ensure that the version you are playing is the 
  58. most recent one. If you are currently satisfied with the 
  59. game, it isn't necessary to install the patch, however if 
  60. you are having problems, it is recommended that you do 
  61. so. Installation is fairly simple, access the patch file on 
  62. your computer, double click it and it will automatically 
  63. attempt to locate and update your current version.

  65. Note: Phoenix has been developed and tested under 
  66. Windows 95/98 environment and is not guaranteed fully 
  67. compatible under either WindowsNT4.0 or Windows 
  68. 2000 Professional Operating Systems.

  85. within the PhoenixConfig Utility. This now gives the 
  86. ability to increase or decrease the available screen 
  87. resolution. Modes available are 640x480 (default), 
  88. 800x600 and 1024x768 modes.
