  5. Robelle's What's Up, Documentation? newsletter is produced when
  6. we have news. It has no fixed release dates but we usually manage
  7. to produce a half-dozen issues per year.

  9. This directory is organized by year of publication. Some years
  10. have an index of topics for that year. Each issue is posted
  11. with the issue number (e.g., w1994-02.txt is the second edition
  12. of 1994).
