  1. Do I need a new tape when I get a new CPU?

  3. Even though your new CPU will have a different HPSUSAN (or SPU) number than
  4. what is currently encoded into your Robelle software, it is not necessary to
  5. wait for a new tape. Simply call us and let us know the new number. We can
  6. generate the authorization codes that you feed into a program that you already
  7. have. On a HP3000 it is Extend.Pub.Robelle,  on a HP9000 it is
  8. /usr/robelle/bin/extend.  It usually takes about 5 minutes.
