  1. "Microsoft Windows Developer Information" is a new document which lists many 
  2. of the resources available to software and hardware developers for the 
  3. Microsoft Windows and Windows NT operating systems. Some are official
  4. Microsoft resources, others are peer-to-peer resources. I wrote this document
  5. to try and alleviate this class of commonly asked questions which people post
  6. on the net frequently. The latest revision of this document is available at:
