ODBC 3.0 PROGRAMMER'S REFERENCE
Postscript File Printing
The postscript files zipped into the ODBC.ZIP file may be printed to produce a complete
ODBC 3.0 Programmer's Reference. Note that this is a preliminary release of the
Programmer's Reference. This document may change significantly before the final release
of ODBC 3.0.
To print the postscript files, proceed as follows:
1. Unzip all .DTF files from ODBC.ZIP using PKUNZIP2.EXE. (The postscript files
have a .DTF, not a .PS, extension.)
2. Copy each .DTF file to your printer. For instance, if your printer is connected
to LPT1, use the command: "copy filename.dtf lpt1". To copy all files, use the
command: "copy *.dtf lpt1".
The Programmer's Reference has been split into two volumes: Volume 1 for chapters 1
through 19 (Part 1 through 3), and the glossary; and Volume 2 for chapters 20 through 24
(Part 4), and Appendixes A through G. Each volume has its own dedicated Table of Contents
and numbering sequence. Volume 1 has 296 pages (plus the Table of Contents); volume 2 has
710 pages (plus the Table of Contents).
