  16. MUI-Speechtoy  was  written  as  a test application for MUI-Builder, written by
  17. Eric  Totel and MUI, written by Stefan Stuntz.  It contains only some primitive
  18. features  that  can  be  changed.   I  will not continue developing the program
  19. however somebody can do it.

  33. MUI is a system to generate and maintain graphical user interfaces. With
  34. the  aid  of  a  preferences program, the user of an application has the
  35. ability to customize the outfit according to his personal taste.

  38. lots of examples and more information about registration please look for
  39. a  file  called  "muiXXusr.lha"  (XX means the latest version number) on
  40. your local bulletin boards or on public domain disks.
