  16. FREEWARE VERSION LICENSE

  18. You are hereby licensed to: use the Freeware Version of Search and
  19. Replace Regular Expression Wizard for as long as you want; Make as
  20. many copies of the Freeware version of this software as you wish;
  21. Give exact copies of the original Freeware version to anyone;
  22. Distribute the Freeware version of the software in its unmodified
  23. form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the
  24. above.

  27. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  28. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  29. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

  47. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

  49. One registered copy of the Search and Replace Regular Expression
  50. Wizard documentation may be dedicated to a single person who uses
  51. the software on one or more computers or workstations that are for
  52. their own exclusive use and for which they are the sole user.

  54. Licensing is not based on "concurrent" users. If multiple
  55. workstations are to access the program in any form and for any
  56. length of time you must purchase licenses for the number of users
  57. that will access the program.  If you make the registered version
  58. of the Search and Replace Regular Expression Wizard documentation
  59. available through a network and accessible by multiple users or
  60. workstations you are required to purchase licenses for the
  61. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  62. through the network.  Special pricing is available for multiple

  79. without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any
  80. other warranties whether expressed or implied. In particular,
  81. there is no warranty for the string Replacing feature.

  84. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The
  85. user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any
  86. liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product
