  6. Thank you for your interest in Application Mover (32-bit or 64-bit)
  7.  
  8. Application Mover is compatible with Windows 2000/XP, Windows
  9. 2003, Windows Vista (all versions), & Windows 7 (all versions).
  10. 32-bit and 64-bit (x64) versions are available.  Windows 95/98/ME
  11. & NT are not officially supported but fully patched versions the
  12. program (32-bit) should function on those platforms.

  14. Follow these instructions to install Application Mover.  
  15.  
  16. We prefer you install via our self-installer because the installer
  17. sets up an uninstall function in Control Panel, Add-Remove
  18. Programs. If you prefer a zip file you can download one from our
  19. web site. Visit http://www.funduc.com/app_mover.htm or
  20. http://www.searchandreplace.com/app_mover.htm for a download link.

  22. See 'FileList.txt' for a description of the files installed. All
  23. files are put in the path of your choice. C:\Program Files\AppMove
  24. is the suggested but you can change this if you like.

  28. Installation Instructions
  29. -------------------------

  31. 1. Unzip the contents of the archive into a temporary subdirectory.
  32.  
  33. 2. Run 'setupam.exe' or 'setupam64.exe' to install the program.
  34. The installer will prompt you for the path to install to.
  35. C:\Program Files\AppMove is the suggested default but you can use
  36. any path you wish.

  38. 3. Delete the temporary files from this zip.

  41. Uninstall Instructions

  44. 1. Close Application Mover if it is running.
  45.  
  46. 2. Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
  47.  
  48. 3. Scroll down until you see 'Application Mover'.

  50. 4. Click on the Add/Remove button.
