  10. before using this software. Use of this software indicates your
  11. acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with

  14. COPYRIGHT AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS

  16. You are prohibited by law from selling, renting, leasing, loaning,
  17. or donating the program or documentation in whole or in part
  18. without specific advance agreement between yourself and Funduc
  19. Software, Inc. You are prohibited from decompiling, reverse
  20. engineering, disassembling, or otherwise reducing freeware,
  21. shareware, or licensed versions of the program to human readable
  22. form for any purposes whatsoever. You may not modify the program
  23. or documentation in any manner. You are prohibited from permitting
  24. anyone else from undertaking any of the above actions.

  29. The Shareware Version is not free software. If you are using the
  30. Shareware Version you are hereby licensed to use this software for
  31. evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you
  32. use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a
  33. registration fee is due (see Ordering Information).

  35. If you are using the Shareware Version of the software you are
  36. also hereby licensed to: Make as many copies of the Shareware
  37. version of this software and documentation as you wish; Give exact
  38. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; Distribute the
  39. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  40. unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any
  41. of the above.

  43. You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer 
  44. Registry Toolkit Merge (shareware) in any manner.

  47. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

  49. One registered copy of Registry Toolkit Merge may be dedicated to
  50. a single person who uses the software on one or more computers.

  52. If you make the registered version of Registry Toolkit Merge
  53. available through a network and accessible by multiple people you
  54. are required to purchase individual licenses for the software
  55. covering all workstations that will access the software through
  56. the network. Discount pricing is available for multiple licenses.

  60. You are free to distribute self-merging .exe's using the
  61. registered version. However, you may not distribute, share, or
  62. give away the RTMerge.exe 'stub file' alone. You are licensed to
  63. distribute only an .exe that is a concatenation of the RTMerge.exe
  64. and your .reg file. Please see Usage for more information on
  65. creating self-merging .exe's.

  77. shareware and freeware versions of Funduc Software products on any
  78. CD-ROMs or other distribution media without asking for specific
  79. permission. We request that you use the most recent versions
  80. available when you prepare your distribution media. The latest
  81. versions are available from our web sites at http://www.funduc.com
  82. and http://www.searchandreplace.com. You may not sell the
  83. shareware or freeware versions as 'for sale' products. You may not
  84. charge a special premium for any Funduc Software product that is
  85. unique from the ordinary distribution fees for your entire
  86. distribution. Funduc Software warrants that our products are free
  87. from any third party ownership claims. You must distribute the
  88. entire shareware or freeware package for any given product. The
  89. "entire package" consist of all files installed by our executable
  90. installers or all files contained in the archived .zip versions of
  91. our shareware and freeware programs as downloaded our web sites at
  92. http://www.funduc.com and http://www.searchandreplace.com.

  97. Funduc Software, Inc. owns and retains all copyrights, patents,
  98. trade secret rights, trademarks and intellectual property rights
  99. to this software. Registration &/or use of the software does not
  100. grant you any right to the intellectual property in the product.

  105. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  106. Michigan, United States.

  109. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  111. This software and the accompanying files are distributed "as is"
  112. and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any
  113. other warranties whether expressed or implied. Good data
  114. processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly
  115. tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must
  116. assume the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of the
  117. seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or
  118. refund of purchase price.
