  4. QUICK INSTALL
  5. =============

  7. For the impatient, here is a basic outline of the 
  8. installation process, which normally takes me only 
  9. a few minutes:
  10.  
  11. 1) Move the Moodle files into your web directory. 
  12.  
  13. 2) Create a single database for Moodle to store all
  14.    it's tables in (or choose an existing database).
  15.  
  16. 3) Visit your Moodle site with a browser, you should 
  17.    be taken to the install.php script, which will lead
  18.    you through creating a config.php file and then 
  19.    setting up Moodle, creating an admin account etc.
  20.  
  21. 4) Set up a cron task to call the file admin/cron.php
  22.    every five minutes or so.
