  3.    'Create' is a monitor command - the full syntax is: .CREATE filnam.ext
  4.       It creates a file with the name given, and calls the LINED editor.
  5.  
  6.         However, LINED is not recommended, as it is very limited in its
  7.    capabilities, and is notorious for being 'buggy' and for destroying
  8.    files.
  9.         If you're looking for a good editor, try TECO, SOS, or SED.
  10.    (Which are the most widely used editors on the system).

  12.                 SOS is line-number oriented,
  13.                 SED is screen oriented, and
  14.                 TECO is the most powerful, as
  15.                      it has a rather powerful
  16.                      programming language all
  17.                      its own
  18.
