  1. These HELP messages come from the TOPS-10 MONITOR which
  2. ran on the PDP-10 (KA,KI,KS and KL processors).  The exact
  3. machine was one that ran for nearly 20 years at the University
  4. of Washington "LOCKE" computing centre.  It was connected to
  5. the ARPAnet through a DEC terminal server (hard wired) at
  6. 9600 BPS.  It was scheduled for decommission on 23-Jun-95.  
  7. However, it came up again for another 2 weeks after its 
  8. "final shutdown" for no obvious reason.  :)
