Skeptic_Newsletters/Georgia_Skeptic/README
Last Updated: November 9, 1994
_The Georgia Skeptic_ is the official newsletter of the Georgia
Skeptics, a local skeptics group based in the Atlanta, Georgia,
metropolitian area. The electronic edition of the group's
newsletter contains the full text of the printed edition, but
does not include (with exceptions noted below) pictures and
figures in the paper version.
The newsletter is published quarterly, with the electronic
edition being distributed sometime after the printed version.
If you'd rather not have to check here for new issues, you may
wish to consider subscribing to _The Georgia Skeptic_ newsletter
mailing list. Join the leading edge of the skeptical infor-
mation superhighway and receive _The Georgia Skeptic_ e-mailed
direct to you as soon as it's available!
To subscribe, send this command to "listserv@netcom.com":
subscribe georgia-skeptic-newsletter
The "Subject:" line doesn't matter; it's ignored.
This list is only for the distribution of the newsletter itself.
Depending on the timing of your subscription, you may not
receive any messages from this list for several months. In any
case, discussion of topics contained in the newsletter should
be directed to the Georgia Skeptics Mailing List.
If you are not already receiving the Georgia Skeptics Mailing
List, you can subscribe by sending the following message to
"listserv@netcom.com":
subscribe georgia-skeptics
Unlike this list, the Georgia Skeptics Mailing List is not
moderated. Message archives are available via FTP here in
directory Mailing_Lists/Georgia_Skeptics.
The list owner of both lists is Anson Kennedy, anson@netcom.com.
Please direct any comments, problems, or suggestions directly
to him.
