COMMENT:Relates the making of eight TV programs Randi was involved in, looking into claims of paranormal, occult and supernatural events. Since Prometheus books are not easily available in Europe, Randi has used the occasion to provide short summaries of his previous work, such as the 10-page description of his ideas on <a href="/bib/279">Nostradamus</a> in the chapter on prophecy. Concise and entertaining, this book is a success while the TV show was a bit of a failure; since the programs were too short and tried to cover too much, even ending up creating sympathy for the psychics who were dealt with so hastily.
