  2. TextOut/5 version 2.0 has the following enhancements to version 1.3:

  4.     -  can preserve aspects of page formatting, such as left margins, 
  5.        top margins, page breaks, and line spacing.
  6.     -  greatly expanded marking of attributes and formatting codes
  7.        to allow translation of WP documents into desktop publishing, 
  8.        typesetting, and word processing packages
  9.     -  user control of the location of footnotes and endnotes (in the text 
  10.        where they appear or collected at the end of the file)
  11.     -  can read processing-option preferences from a file instead of the
  12.        command line.
  13.     -  can translate WordPerfect comments into the ASCII file.
  14.     -  can restrict the output file to only the "standard" ASCII
  15.        characters (no special characters)
