  11.          Three packages of DEC Rainbow graphics routines are provided:
  12.  
  13.          GRLIB03A ARJ:  Part A of a graphics library with C- and
  14.                         assembly-language routines
  15.          GRLIB03B ARJ:  Part B of the preceding
  16.          GRLIBFOR ARJ:  A graphics library with a FORTRAN interface
  17.          GSX13    ARJ:  GSX (graphics system extension) 1.3 for MS-DOS
  18.  
  19.          These packages are collections of compressed files produced by the
  20.          ARJ archiver version 2.30.  Source codes and compiled programs are
  21.          included.  Some compiled programs are provided without source
  22.          codes.

  24.          The graphics routines were obtained from public domain sources,
  25.          and are provided as is.

  31.          UNARJ    EXE:  A de-archiver to extract from .ARJ files

  33.          For more information, a user can place the diskette containing
  34.          README.ARJ and UNARJ.EXE into drive A:, put a blank, formatted
  35.          diskette into drive B:, and type

  38.               A:UNARJ E A:README<Return>.

  40.          Each '<Return>' indicates pressing the <Return> or <Enter> key.

  42.          This procedure will extract READ.ME, a text file in ASCII form
  43.          which can be loaded into a word processor or printed on paper.
