  16. This collection includes version 1.21R of the Classical
  17. Classifier outline processor, a modified version 1 of a home
  18. dialer for the DEC Rainbow, a Rainbow version of the EMACS text
  19. editor, version 1.13C of the LHARC archiver, the LHX utility for
  20. recovering files from damaged LHARC archives, a discussion of
  21. communications involving micro-computers, version 4 of the XTRAC
  22. utility for extracting specified lines from a text file, and
  23. version 1 of the XTRACC utility for extracting specified
  24. characters from any file.  The dialer and the EMACS editor are
  25. dedicated to the Rainbow, but the remaining programs are in
  26. generic MS-DOS.  All source codes are included.

  29. in LHARC archives to conserve space.  The LHARC archiver itself
  30. is in a self-extracting archive.
