NotePager Version 1.6.2
NotePager is a Shareware alphanumeric paging dispatch software. Using a
modem, it will dispatch messages to alphanumeric or numeric pagers. Messages
can be sent to one or more pagers. The program requires the following
information before a message can be sent:
1. Your pager service provider's modem dispatch phone number
(often called their TAP dispatch line)
2. The PIN/ID number for your pager. You must also get this from
your paging service provider.
3. The modem settings to connect to their modem
- baud rate
- parity
- data bits
- stop bits
4. The COM port of your modem (shared or network modems work fine)
You may freely distribute NotePager software, however if you wish to use it
beyond the 30 day trial period, you are required to register it.
