<p>Scripts are now simple text files that are dropped into the Scripts folder. The format is straight forward. A remark starts and ends with xml remark tags. A remark can contain anything except a double dash or an end remark tag.<p><xmp><!-- This is a remark --></xmp><xmp><!-- Remarks can</xmp><xmp>cover more than one line --></xmp><p>A menu script starts and ends with xml menu tags.</p><xmp><menu></xmp><xmp><!-- This is a menu script --></xmp><xmp></menu></xmp><p>Assemble your menus and items with plus signs. And before you ask, the answer is, "Yes." A script menu can call another menu item. In other words a script can call another script by name. The following script calls the File menu Open item.</p><xmp><?xml version="1.0" encoding="ASCII" standalone="yes"?></xmp><xmp><!-- This simple script executes a menu option --></xmp><xmp><menu>File+Open</menu></xmp><p>Printing is just as easy. Anything between printing tags <print> </print> is sent to the editor window.
