  2. A Hobbyist's Guide to Programming the Mac OS in C

  5. The Microsoft Word version of Macintosh C was written using Word 98. 
  6.  
  7. All files are formatted for double-sided greyscale printout on US Letter size paper.  Approximately 500 sheets are required for double-sided printout of the approximately1000-page book.

  9. Printout on A4 Size Paper

  11. Printout on A4 size paper is satisfactory using the US Letter page size setting (see below).  Accordingly, in order to preserve the original pagination, A4 users should not change the US Letter page size setting in the Page Setup... dialog.

  17.      •     Palatino (main text).

  19.      •     Monaco (source code listings and associated comments, etc.).

  21.      •     Arial Narrow (titles, headings, figure titles and captions).

  45.             •    Mirror Margins: On
