  3. Welcome to the Programmer's Challenge FTP area.
  4.  
  5. This area is open to the public for uploading and downloading of files
  6. associated with the discussion happening on the CHALLENGE-TALK mailing
  7. list.
  8.  
  9. There are no restrictions on uploading and downloading.  If you upload
  10. it, everyone can download it.  There are no special privileges or 
  11. administrative bureaucracy.  So it's up to everyone to keep this file
  12. system clean and orderly.
  13.  
  14. System configuration:
  15. Anonymous users can upload and download from the directory CHALLENGE.
  16. Only the administrator can delete files and move files.  To have a file
  17. moved or deleted, email listmaster@listmail.xplain.com.  Due to time
  18. constraints, file maintenance will be performed only on a weekly basis.

  20. Rules:

  22. 1. Don't upload anything for which you do not have copyright.  Don't
  23.    upload irrelevant information.
  24.  
  25. 2. Be careful where you upload to.  You cannot delete your mistakes.
  26.  
  27. 3. Uploads for the Challenge presented in January will go into the 
  28.    January directory.  Don't upload them into March (the solution will
  29.    be printed in March.)
