  5.     The VLT manual is an official publication by the Stanford Linear
  6. Accelerator Center. You can obtain it, free of charge, by writing to

  21. The manual is very complete, it is 114 pages in single-spaced fairly small
  22. type. Amanda did one heck of a job on it, as I'm sure you'll find out when
  23. you get it. You do not have to live in the US to be eligible to receive the
  24. manual.
  25.     It was written for version 4.824. New features are described in the
  26. VLT documentation file in this directory, but this document assumes you have
  27. the manual.
  28.     There is also short doc file for the PingServer (the Ping program).
