  8. mainly a bug-fix update, but there are one or two new features. This
  9. version no longer comes with the old documentation files that
  10. previous versions came with. This is because there is a new manual
  11. available, see the notice in the docs directory. The only
  12. documentation files are about things not covered in the manual.
