  4.    UPGRADE TERMS
  5.  
  6.    1. Registered user upgrades within the same major program version (x.00
  7.       through x.99) are  FREE OF CHARGE  when the form is accompanied by a
  8.       self-addressed and stamped diskette mailer containing the *original*
  9.       diskette.  (If outside the USA, please enclose prepaid international
  10.       mail coupons [coupon réponse international] to cover the postage, or
  11.       US$5.00.)  Requests not complying with these terms will be ignored.

  13.    2. Registered user upgrades from a previous major program version (3.99
  14.       and lower) are charged half of the corresponding license fee and the
  15.       full shipping costs.
  16.  
  17.    3. Please allow for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

  20.    PAYMENT TERMS
  21.  
  22.    1. Single user registrations must be prepaid with a check or money order,
  23.       payable to FM de Monasterio, indicating the name and version number of
  24.       the software.  COD orders not accepted.
  25.  
  26.    2. Orders outside the USA must be prepaid in US funds drawn on a US bank.
  27.       Alternatively, enclose an additional $20.00 to defray bank charges for
  28.       processing foreign checks.  Orders not complying with this requirement
  29.       will not be accepted, and any expenses incurred their procurement will
  30.       not be reimbursed.

  32.    3. Purchase orders (Net 30 days) are accepted from academic institutions,
  33.       large corporations, and government agencies within the USA and Canada.
  34.       Use of purchase orders requires a $5.00 surcharge.
