  4.    PAYMENT TERMS

  6.    1. Single user registrations must be prepaid with a check or money order,
  7.       payable to FM de Monasterio, indicating the name and version number of
  8.       the software.  COD orders not accepted.
  9.  
  10.    2. Orders outside the USA must be prepaid in US funds drawn on a US bank.
  11.       Alternatively, enclose an additional $20.00 to defray bank charges for
  12.       processing foreign checks.  Orders not complying with this requirement
  13.       will not be accepted, and expenses incurred in the procurement of such
  14.       orders will not be reimbursed.

  16.    3. Purchase orders (Net 30 days) are accepted from academic institutions,
  17.       large corporations, and government agencies within the USA and Canada.
  18.       A $5.00 surcharge is applied to all purchase orders.

  21.    DELIVERY TERMS

  23.    1. Orders are normally shipped 1st class (domestic) or air mail (foreign)
  24.       in a 5.25" diskette.  (Deliveries via Federal Express are available at
  25.       an additional cost.)

  27.    2. Please allow for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

  30.    LICENSE INFORMATION
  31.  
  32.    1. To use the software either by only ONE individual user on one or more
  33.       computers, or only on ONE individual computer by one or more users, a
  34.       User License is required.
  35.  
  36.    2. To use the software on MORE than 1 computer for corporate, commercial,
  37.       educational, or governmental purposes, a Site License is required.
