  35.   The MEDPlayer.library v2.0 by Teijo Kinnunen is a freeware library.

  37.   However, the  ReqTools  and PowerPacker libraries used by SmartPlay, and
  38.   included in this package are COPYRIGHT (c) by Nico Francois, and "may be
  39.   freely  distributed  as long as no more than a nominal fee is charged to
