  6.     Many of our followers <okay, I can't think of another word for you
  7.     lot, and it's 2am ;-> have asked "Yo! How about a complete index
  8.     of everything you've ever done?"
  9.  
  10.     Usually this throws up a problem of file size. The index for CDPD1
  11.     winds up at over 3 megs, and it's usually easier to use Aquarium
  12.     anyway. And plenty of the killer directory tools have a 'find file'
  13.     option somewhere. But what the hell, we've plenty of room, so:

  15.     In this directory are the complete index files, contents files and
  16.     CD structures form the rest of our PD disks. Due to the size of
  17.     a lot of 'em, it's easier to use the GNU Grep to keyword-search
  18.     through the files if you've not much memory to load the indexes
  19.     into RAM. Click on the QuickInstall for GCC to add the GNU paths
  20.     to AmigaDOS, and go to it. <Open a shell and type 'grep' to see
  21.     the options>
