  1. This is disk 837 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. AquaPack    This package is a replacement of the old Aquarium program.
  6.         NewFish, NewAqua and CliAqua support a packed database but
  7.         are also compatible with the old (unpacked) database. The
  8.         entire package supports a user configurable database path.
  9.         CliAqua has the same functions as NewAqua, but is controlled
  10.         via CLI.  It has an interface to install on a BBS.  AquaPack
  11.         is written in SAS-C.  NewFish is version 2.71, NewAqua is
  12.         version 1.01, and CliAqua is version 1.01.  Source is avail-
  13.         able from the author.

  16. Life        Another version of Tomas's Life game.  Features include wrap-
  17.         ping the screen as in a torus, independent setting of the
  18.         horizontal and vertical resolutions, computing only a specific
  19.         number of generations, redisplay only every N generations,
  20.         a macro language to set up initial generations, and more.
  21.         Works with horizontal resolutions up to 262,112 pixels and
  22.         vertical resolutions up to 65,535 pixels.  This is version
  23.         6.1, an update to version 5.0 on disk 316.  Includes source.

  26. UnixDirs    A program which intercepts calls to dos.library to add the
  27.         UNIX style '.' and '..' syntax for current and parent direct-
  28.         ories, respectively, to file and path names.  I.E., you can
  29.         refer to files in the current directory as './foo' and files
  30.         in the parent directory as '../foo', or any combination of the
  31.         two.  Similar to program on disk 321, but independently devel-
  32.         oped.  Includes source.
