  1. This is disk 826 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. Asteriods    A very nicely done asteriods game.  All images and sounds are
  6.         loaded from disk as IFF files, and can be replaced by the user
  7.         if desired.  This demo version has been partially disabled to
  8.         keep the player from going past level 5.  Version 0.85, share-
  9.         ware, binary only.

  12. Date2Day    A simple program that gives the day name for the date selected
  13.         by three gadgets.  Uses GadTools library, so requires AmigaDOS
  14.         2.04 or higher.  Version 0.1, binary only.

  17. DMEFReq        A tool to replace the arp filerequester calls of dme or other
  18.         editors with the asl one.  It saves the selections to some env
  19.         variables which can be easily examined from rexx or batch
  20.         scripts.  Includes examples of how to use it in DMe.  Requires
  21.         AmigaDOS 2.04 or higher.  Version 1.00, freeware, binary only.

  24. MemSnap        A small memory monitor useful for seeing how much memory
  25.         other programs take up.  Based on a program called Memeter,
  26.         which broke under Kickstart 2.0.  Requires Kickstart 2.0 or
  27.         higher.  Version 1.1, an update to version 1.0 on disk 696.

  31. SoftLock    A program to help prevent unauthorized access of your bootable
  32.         hard drive by requiring a password each time you reboot.  Has
  33.         been tested under both AmigaDOS 1.3 and 2.04.  This is version
  34.         1.0.2, an update to version 1.0.1 on disk 633.  Shareware,
  35.         binary only.
