  1. This is disk 824 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. AlphMan        A programmer tool which may help you to create an intuition or
  6.         gadtools user interface.  It opens a window with a gadget for
  7.         each keyboard key.  If you press a key the dependent gadget
  8.         will be disabled.  So you may check whether a key has been
  9.         used or not.  Requires AmigaDOS 2.04 or higher.  Version 1.00,
  10.         freeware, binary only.

  13. GadgetTest    A programming example of how to create and handle all of the
  14.         types of the new AmigaDOS 2.04 gadgets.  Requires AmigaDOS
  15.         2.04 or higher.  This is version 0.01, includes source.

  18. NetHack        A screen oriented fantasy game where your goal is to grab as
  19.         much treasure as you can, retrieve the Amulet of Yendor, and
  20.         escape the Mazes of Menace alive.  On the screen is a map of
  21.         where you have been and what you have seen on the current dun-
  22.         geon level.  As you explore more of the level, it appears on
  23.         the screen in front of you.  Nethack generates a new dungeon
  24.         every time it is played, thus even veteran players will con-
  25.         tinue to find it entertaining and exciting.  This is part 3
  26.         of a 3 part distribution.  Part 1 contains the binary portion
  27.         of the distribution and can be found on disk 822.  Part 2 con-
  28.         tains part of the source and can be found on disk 823.  Part 3
  29.         contains the remainder of the source.  This is version 3.1pl0,
  30.         an update to version 3.0pl10 on disk 460.  Includes source.

  33. Pager        A program to number lines and pages for various kinds of text.
  34.         It uses printf style formattings and has a lot of cli options,
  35.         including lines per page, multiple sources, quiet option etc.
  36.         Requires AmigaDOS 2.04 or higher.  This is version 1.00, free-
  37.         ware, binary only.
