  3.    distance.seq  Uses instrument file piano.bnk
  4.    MIDI sequence contains 41426 bytes (5178 events)
  5.    77 measures; estimated playing time is 4:40

  7. Be sure to include the required instrument (.BNK) and associated
  8. waveform (.WAV) files in the directory with the sequence file,
  9. if required by your sequence player.

  11. The raw MIDI files were translated to MIDI Synth format by MIDI Surgeon,
  12. published in the Jan/Feb 1994  GS+ magazine. For information, write
