The raw MIDI files were translated to MIDI Synth by MIDI Surgeon 2.0,

Tested on Yamaha TX81Z and Sounblaster AWE32,
there is a risk that the dynamics need adjustments
on system with a more natuaral attack of strings. :-)
Transcription to MIDI GM-instruments.
Uses 4 midi channels (1-4).
