  1. This chapter is saved in Ventura Publisher version 2.0 format. If you do not
  2. have version 2.0 or do not have Ventura Publisher (unthinkable), you can
  3. simply read the VPAPP_1.TXT file into a wordprocessor, set the tab stops
  4. correctly so the table looks OK, and then print it out or read it from the
  5. screen.

  7. To use the chapter within Ventura Publisher, un-archive the ARC file to the
  8. root directory of a floppy disk. Place this disk in the A drive and use the
  9. Multi-Chapter Copy to copy the VPAPP_1.CHP chapter to whatever directory use
  10. choose. Ignore the message about the missing width table. To save you
  11. downloading time, no width table was included with this chapter. Ventura
  12. Publisher will use your most recently used width table instead. If you want
  13. to use some other width table, just use the Set Printer Info option to
  14. change it.
