  13. I finally was able to compile egrep in TC, so here it is.   If you are 
  14. interested in unix like utilities for the PC the read README.ALS{O} which was
  15. included in this distribution.

  17. Note: sed.com must be in your path for egrep to work.  High performance will
  18. be most noted if you have a RAMDISK and in your enviornment you have
  19. the TMP variable set to it. IE:

  21. TMP=E:\
  22.  
  23. I also suggest you unpack the regular expression package in the directory
  24. below egrep.  That is how the #includes are set up.

  26. BTW: I chose Large model size for no better reason the saftey.  I've
  27. never understood how you decide which model to use.  Any enlightenment
  28. would be very helpful.
