  3. Menu-Driven Utility for displaying document files.

  5. THE MENU CAN BE CHANGED WITHOUT CHANGING THE PROGRAM.
  6. THE CONTENTS OF 'DOC.DAT' DEFINE THE MENU.

  8. This utility is meant to solve the problem typified by 'readme' files
  9. that come on software distribution floppies.  The user is always
  10. required to look for 'readme' files and then 'type' them out, etc.
  11. With The DOC Utility, just label your floppies 'RUN DOC OFF THE FLOPPY'
  12. and the user is presented with a menu-driven list of documentation files.
  13. Additionally, the user is given a handy utility for displaying the
  14. documentation even after the software is installed.
