  12. with the intent of shocking, or offending, anyone. Rather, it was chosen
  13. because it is an 'eye-catcher', and because of the obvious parallelism
  14. with commonly accepted, and advertised, means of controlling and avoiding
  15. biological illnesses caused, also, by viruses.
