  1. This source for PC-DOS PR was written using Lattice C 3.00 and
  2. a private library and toolset.  Since the library can not be
  3. included, it will undoubtedly require a minimal amount of porting
  4. to compile under one of the publicly available compilers and
  5. libraries.

  7. I realize now that I incorrectly implemented one minor feature.
  8. The date in the printed header should not always be the current
  9. time, but the last change time for the file being printed.
  10. If it begins to matter to me considerably, perhaps I'll correct
  11. that.  Maybe you'll fix that for me.

  14. forms.
