  9. 1. You must treat the software just like a book - ONLY ONE CPU PER  LICENSE
  10. can  use  the  software  at the same time in the original un-modified form.
  11. However, you are authorized to make archival copies for safekeeping.

  13. 2. You may not modify this program  and  redistribute  it  to  other  users
  14. without permission of the author.

  16. 3. The license applies to the original copy of  the  program  as  well  as
  17. updated  versions.   The  author  is  neither  obligated to provide updated
  18. versions nor notices of error corrections, but will do his best to do so.
