-
-
- The PF command can be used without arguments to request a forwarding
- list, or with arguments to send a forwarding list.
-
- The main use for this command is to allow a satellite bbs to obtain
- forwarding information from a ground station.
-
- Call the ground station G and the satellite S.
-
-
-
- Case 1: G connects to S.
-
- S sends SID and prompt.
- G sends SID and prompt.
-
- At this point, G knows it is connected to S and has seen the SID with
- the P feature letter. S knows it is connected to G and has also seen
- the P feature letter.
-
- G sends messages to S, driven by the usual forward file entries.
- Time to reverse forward.
- G sends PF d1 d2 d3 ... dn to S.
- S responds with a prompt.
- G continues with the normal reverse forwarding sequence ("F>" prompt).
- S sends all messages with designators d1 d2 d3 ... dn
