  6. Here's a quick run-through of which files do what in WordStar 5.
  7. For a bare-bones editor, all you need are WS.EXE, WSMSGS.OVR, the
  8. *.PDF file for your default printer, and the DRIVER?.OVR file
  9. that corrsponds to your *.PDF (see note below).

  11. 384K     PAT    Autopatcher file for machines with only 384K RAM
  12. BOX             Sample box
  13. CHANGE   OVR    Overlay used by WSCHANGE
  14. DB0?     DT?    PDF Libraries.
  15. DEFN     DCT    Definitions for thesaurus and spelling checker
  16. DISPFONT OVR    Used to create on-screen Advanced Page Preview

  18. DRIVER?  OVR    Printer driver data.  If you use the DOS type on
  19.                 your PDF, the fourth line will tell you which
  20.                 library you have to keep.
