  2.                            Shareware License Agreement
  3.         
  4.                              Sedt Editor Version 4.0
  5.         
  6.                 All versions  of  the  Sedt  editor  with version numbers
  7.         higher than 4.0 (151) must be licensed.  Use of version 4.0 (151)
  8.         or later without proper license is punishable by law.
  9.         
  10.                 For an  initial trial period of one month LICENSOR, Anker
  11.         Berg-Sonne, 8 Middlemost  Way,  Stow,  MA  01775,  U.S.A., grants
  12.         LICENSEE, you, a fee-free  license  of  Sedt.    Use  beyond this
  13.         initial trial period without payment  of  a U.S.  $25 licensee is
  14.         not authorized.
  15.         
  16.                 In return for a license fee of U.S.  $25, mailed to Anker
  17.         Berg-Sonne, 8 Middlemost Way, Stow, MA 01775,  U.S.A.,  LICENSOR,
  18.         Anker Berg-Sonne, grants LICENSEE, you, unlimited  license to use
  19.         the Sedt editor.
  20.         
  21.                 This license authorizes you to personally use Sedt on any
  22.         system that Sedt may be installed on.  Corporate licenses will be
  23.         issued by special agreement between LICENSOR and LICENSEE.
  24.         
  25.                 Sedt may be distributed freely as long  as  this  license
  26.         agreement is distributed with the editor and all files  from  the
  27.         original distribution are included in their original form.
  28.         
  29.                 LICENSOR  retains title and ownership of Sedt and all the
  30.         files included in the original distribution.  All source code and
  31.         documentation is also protected by U.S. copyright law.
