  4.  1> Version 1.2 Jan 24, 1990.  Fixed the end of year problem from Version 1.0.
  5.  2> Added Leap Year Support, now good till the year 2000.  this program reads
  6.  3> the *.his files in your c:\fastback directory.  It counts the number of
  7.  4> files, sorts them and finds the date of the last backup.  Then it
  8.  5> calculates the number of days since the last backup against a base year of
  9.  6> Jan 01, 1989.  Leap year compensation and the number of days in each month
  10.  7> are taken into concideration.  If the number of days is greater of equal
  11.  8> to 7, the program pauses with a message.  If the number of days is less
  12.  9> than 7 the program goes back to DOS without operator intervention.  I run
  13. 10> this utility in my AUTOEXEC.BAT.  When I run fastback I erase the old .HIS
  14. 11> files as to not hog room on the hard disk.  This program was originally
  15. 12> developed to force a machine operator to run fastback on a PC controlled
  16. 13> heat treating line.  I modified that version to make a friendly reminder
  17. 14> instead of forcing you to run fastback.  The program is written in Lattice
